DecoFloor Epoxy Terrazzo is a high performance, high solids, seamless decorative epoxy terrazzo flooring system formulated from a pigmented resin combined with a wide range of natural and synthetic aggregates. The system produces a dense, abrasion-resistant terrazzo flooring that offers both long-term durability and architectural design flexibility for decorative flooring system.
The system features a five-layered composition for optimal performance:
- (1) Vetoprime EP691 – Two-component, solvent-free, epoxy primer applied to prepared concrete substrates, broadcast with anti-slip aggregates for mechanical interlock.
- (2) Vetotop DecoFloor Membrane (Optional) – High performance, 100% solids, flexible membrane designed to suppress reflective and hairline cracking in seamless decorative epoxy terrazzo flooring system.
- (3) Vetotop DecoFloor Screed – High performance, solvent-free, three-component (Part A + Part B + Part C), pigmented epoxy resin mixed with selected decorative aggregates to form the terrazzo body coat/screed layer.
- (4) Vetotop DecoFloor Grout – High performance, solvent-free, two-component (Part A + Part B only, no aggregates), low-viscosity epoxy resin used to fill surface pores and voids after grinding.
- (5) Vetoseal UC775: High performance, two-component, water-based polyurethane sealer with a matt finish. Applied as a final sealing layer for smooth, durable, and hygienic surface.
