غراء بلاط السيراميك هو غراء جاهز للخلط ذو أساس إسمنتي مقاوم للإنزلاق (مطابق لمعيار الجودة ISO-13007-1 class C1 T). ويتكون من روابط هيدروليكية، ومواد مالئة، وإضافات خاصة. ويتوفر على شكل مسحوق جاف بأكياس محددة الوزن جاهزة للخلط في الموقع، ولا يتطلب إلا إضافة الماء النظيف والخلط لإنتاج غراء تبليط ذي قابلية تشغيل عالية. غراء بلاط السيراميك مثالي لتبليط السيراميك وبلاط التيرازو، ويجب وضع طبقة منه بسماكة ٣ - ١٠ مم حسب نوع البلاط وجودة السطح الذي سيتم تبليطه.
The substrate should be sound, clean, and free from loose material, oil, grease, laitance, dirt, curing compound, etc. Wet all surfaces with clean water before applying Ceramic Tile Fix. The surface should appear damp with no water pooling.
To prepare the mortar adhesive, pour 5.2 – 6.8 liters of water into a container, then add 20 kg of the powder. Alternatively, use 6.5 – 8.5 liters of water for the 25 kg bag. Mix with a low-speed electric drill fitted with a suitable paddle until a uniform, lump-free consistency is achieved. Allow the mixed material to stand for about 10 minutes, then remix briefly without adding further water. You can blend Ceramic Tile Fix manually for small quantities, however, you must maintain the correct ratio of powder to water Use the mixed material within 2 - 2.5 hours. Do not add water to the mixture once the mortar adhesive begins to harden.
Spread the mixed mortar adhesive using a notched trowel then firmly press it onto the surface. Spread the mortar adhesive to an area that can be tiled within 10 - 15 minutes. Press the tiles firmly over the mortar adhesive and immediately knock them into the desired position. Adjust the position of the tiles, if required, within the recommended adjustability time of 10 - 15 minutes after installation. Leave installed tiles undisturbed for at least 48 hours. The mortar adhesive must not rise between the tile joints higher than half of the thickness of the tiles. It is recommended to use Vetonit Tile Grout to fill the joint gaps after 2 days of tile installation.
