Remove all tile adhesive excess that is at a level higher than half of the tile thickness. 

All the joints should be free from dust, loose materials & traces of foreign materials, etc. Neutralise the tile’s joint water absorption by applying clean potable water. Do not leave water pooling in the joints

For the preparation of Vetonit Pool Grout mortar, pour 7 - 8.5 litres of water into a container then add the powder from the 25 Kg bag of Vetonit Pool Grout.

Mix with a low-speed electric drill fitted with a suitable paddle until a uniform, lump-free consistency is achieved. Allow the mixed material to stand for about 5 - 10 minutes and remix briefly without adding water.

You can blend Vetonit Pool Grout manually for small quantities, however, you must maintain the correct ratio of powder to water. Do not add water to the mixture once the mortar adhesive begins to harden.

Apply Vetonit Pool Grout using either a rubber blade, a grouting trowel, a rubber spatula, or a sponge.

Spread the mixed grout diagonally across the tile joints and firmly press it with a rubbing pad covered with a sponge rubber spatula to ensure filling all the gaps. Remove excess grout that remains on tiles using the same tool.

After 15 - 30 minutes, the grout should be initially dry (depending on the ambient temperature & humidity). You can then clean the tiles and remove all excess material with a damp sponge. After fully drying, clean the surface of the tiles with a dry cloth or disposable cotton towels.

Keep the grout moist from time to time for the first 2 days after application to achieve optimal hardening. 

When washing & drying the tiles, avoid rubbing the tile joints too deep. For further information regarding the suitable substrates and tiles on which this product can be safely applied, please contact Saveto’s technical department.

Clean tools and equipment with water immediately after use. Remove the hardened material using mechanical means.
