Vetoflex PS782 is a two-part, high-performance, elastomeric, chemically-curing, multi-purpose polysulphide joint sealant. When cures, it forms an elastic sealant with high mechanical strength, abrasion resistance, and high extensibility to withstand long-term dynamic movement. Vetoflex PS782 can be applied to joints between 5 and forty mm wide.

تعليمات الاستخدام

Joint surfaces must be clean and dry. Remove all dust and laitance by grit blasting, grinding, or rigorous wire brushing. Blow all joints clean using dry, oil-free compressed air. 
Where a neat finish is required, masking tape should be applied down each side of the joint prior to the start of the sealant work. It should be removed immediately after tooling the sealant

Vetoflex AC730 can be applied by hand or with an airoperated caulking gun. Ensure that the sealant is pushed firmly into the joint to achieve complete wetting of the surface. 
Any tooling of the sealant surface must be carried out immediately using a joint shaping tool soaked in white spirit or a wet sponge. If required, the edges of the joint can be protected with masking tape. If this is done, ensure that the tape is removed immediately after tooling

Remove Vetoflex AC730 from tools and equipment with water immediately after use. Cured material can only be removed mechanically.
