The epoxy terrazzo flooring system must be fully cured and mechanically ground to the required level of smoothness and finish prior to application of DecoFloor PA. The surface should be dense, uniform, and free from any surface irregularities resulting from the grinding process. 

All grinding stages must be completed in accordance with standard epoxy terrazzo finishing procedures to achieve the desired aesthetic appearance and surface profile suitable for polishing agent application. No further mechanical preparation is required beyond the final polishing stage. 

After completion of the final grinding, thoroughly vacuum the surface to remove all dust and loose particles prior to application of DecoFloor PA.

DecoFloor PA is supplied as a single-component, readyto-use material and does not require addition of water or any other components. Before application, the material should be gently stirred using a clean paddle or by manual agitation to ensure a uniform consistency. 

Do not dilute or modify the product. Ensure the container is kept closed when not in use to prevent contamination.

Apply DecoFloor PA sparingly onto the prepared surface and spread evenly while still wet using a microfiber mop, applicator pad, or soft cloth in overlapping passes (approximately 1–1.5m). Application should be carried out in a consistent direction (figure-of-8 or linear motion) to ensure uniform coverage. Do not allow the material to pond. 

Allow the applied coat to dry completely for approximately 20–30 minutes before applying subsequent coats. Additional coats should be applied in a perpendicular direction to the previous coat. Typically, 2–3 coats are recommended to achieve the desired finish. 

After application, protect the treated surface from moisture, condensation, and direct water contact for at least 24 hours. Do not contaminate the wet surface and do not return unused material to the original container. Apply only on clean, dry surfaces. Do not dilute or mix with other materials. Avoid application at temperatures below +5°C.

DecoFloor PA cures by air drying to form a thin, transparent protective film on the surface. Drying time is dependent on ambient temperature, humidity, and ventilation conditions. Each coat typically dries within 20–30 minutes under normal conditions. 

Subsequent coats can be applied once the previous coat is fully dry. The treated surface should be protected from dust, moisture, and direct water contact for a minimum of 24 hours after application. Light foot traffic may be allowed after full drying, while full service conditions should be considered only after complete curing.

Ensure adequate ventilation during curing to achieve optimal performance and film formation.

Clean all tools and equipment with water immediately after use. Cured material can only be removed mechanically.
