The substrate should be sound, clean, free from loose material, grease, laitance, dirt, or any other substance that might impair the bond's quality with the substrate.

To ensure proper mixing, use a mechanically powered mixer or heavy-duty slow speed drill fitted with a suitable paddle. 

Stir the base (component A) and the hardener (Component B) individually to disperse any settlement. Pour the entire contents of the base and hardener into a suitable size container and mix mechanically for 2 minutes. Add the Filler (component C) and mix for another 3 minutes until achieving a uniform, lump-free consistency.

Fill the mixed grout into the joints using a rubber trowel or a hand-operated gun and cartridges; clean excess grout with a wet sponge. 

After grouting with Vetofill EG455, within 80 minutes from grouting, clean the joints and excess grout by using a wet sponge.

Clean tools and equipment with water immediately after use. Remove the hardened material using mechanical means.
