The substrate should be sound, clean, and free from loose material, grease, laitance, dirt, or any other substance that might impair the product’s bond quality with the substrate. Make use of a broom or vacuum cleaner to clear off any coarse dirt, or surface residues such as dust or debris. 

Note: Before applying the product, it is necessary taking a preliminary test to evaluate the suitability of the product on an unexposed area or unused piece of material.

Vetofix PA400 is supplied as two component pre-pack of a resin base and a hardener. To ensure proper mixing, stir the base (component A) and the hardener (component B) individually to disperse any setting material.

It is recommended to mix the two components in small quantities for direct use, to minimize waste. Mix 100g of resin (Part A) with 2-3g of hardener (Part B) until fully blended. Join the surfaces within 3-4 minutes of application. Avoid using excess hardener, as it can impact the working time of the product. Prevent movement of assembled parts until fully cured.

Clean uncured material with Vetonit Solvent XX400.

• Do not apply the product on wet or heated surfaces.
• Before applying to newly laid or grouted surfaces, ensure that the adhesive or grout has fully cured.
• This product should not be used in conjunction with other chemicals.
