The project involves the construction of a desert resort comprising 11 ground + 1-storey buildings on Hatta Road. The resort includes an entrance information building, service building, restaurant, lodge, café, arcade, mosque, substation, central tent, amphitheater, pavilion, tents, and kiosks.
