Saveto Seal 772

Water-based, non-staining silicone water repellent.

Saveto Seal 772 is a water-based silicone penetrating hydrophobic water repellant.It penetrates the cementitious or stone substrates, reacts and works by increasing surface tension of water so that it slides away from the surface.

Saveto Seal 772 allows the substrate to breathe by allowing water vapor to escape from the substrate in addition to drastically reducing water absorption and resisting ingress of chloride ions.

Usage Instructions

  • Surface to be treated with Saveto Seal 772 must be structurally sound and free from loose materials, grease, oils or other contaminants.
  • Saveto Seal 772 should be applied as a continuous flood coat using either a soft brush or low pressure spray equipment at the correct coverage rate.
  • For best performance 2 to 3 flood coats are recommended with a 2 to 4 hours of time between coats.
