The product is a premium quality fine compound for jointing, leveling, finishing joints of Gypsum Plaster Boards and their joints. This product offers a strong non-cracking joint and a leveled smooth finish ready for final decoration. To achieve the best result in joints, it should be used together with Joint Tape and SAVETO Bond.

3. TECHNICAL DATA

Filler	Precisely graded Limestone fractions, maximum grain size Ø 0.30mm.
Type of Binder	Portland Cement ASTM C 150, type I.
Additives	Contains additives to improve consistency, adhesion and workability.
Density	About 1.0kg/Iiter in dry powder form, about 1.7kgAiter when mixed with water.
Water Addition	About 7 9 liters/bag 20 kg (36 45%).
Coverage	Typically 0.6 kg/m2/mm of dry product.
Packing	Delivered dry premixed product in 25 Kg paper bag, and 1.5 kg boxes.
Storage Life	12 months from the date of manufacture under proper storage conditions.

4. JOB APPLICATION

• Clean the joint areas by brushing dust, dirt and other foreign materials.
• Prepare the joint compound by adding dry Gypsum Joint Compound to a measured amount of clean water. Mix for a period of 0.5 3 minutes depending on the mixing equipment. Wait for 15 minutes and mix again. Smaller amounts can be mixed manually. Use the joint compound mixture within two hours from mixing.
• Spread the joint compound over the area with a wide spatula, filling as much of the joint area as possible.
• Press Joint Tape onto the joint compound with a small spatula. Spread extra joint compound from beneath, over the joint tape. Use SAVETO Bond before fixing tape for better adhesion.
• Add some Gypsum Joint Compound on top of the Joint Tap and level it smooth to the board surface level with a wide spatula further edging out to the sides.
• After hardening, sand the joint to the desired fineness.
• To achieve a uniform and smooth surface over the whole area Gypsum Boards and joints as well Gypsum Joint Compound can be used as a skimming coat on top of Gypsum Boards, where it can be applied by machine spraying or manual trowelling.
• Tools and equipment should be washed and cleaned with water after use.

This product should be stored in shaded and dry place.
